End-to-End Door Process
From the shipper's dock to the consignee's receiving bay — each handover is documented, timed and reported.
Confirm Incoterms (EXW / FOB / DAP / DDP), shipper and consignee details, cargo profile and required delivery date.
Book the pickup with our origin partner or domestic fleet, with appointment, tail-gate and loading requirements confirmed.
Receiving, packing, palletizing and labelling at the export warehouse; export declaration, origin and permits completed.
Book air, ocean, rail or road — or a mix — against the plan, with the cost and transit-time trade-off agreed up front.
Track every leg and connection; temperature and GPS where needed; exceptions raised before they become delays.
HS classification and import declaration with licensed brokers; duty and tax handled under DDP against transparent receipts.
Warehouse booking, truck, van or courier to the consignee; appointment delivery with unloading and placement support.

The Standards We Work By
Door-to-door means responsibility allocation must be written down — we confirm terms, classification and documents before cargo moves.
Overseas legs are performed by vetted destination agents and licensed carriers under CSI's coordination; import and export declarations are lodged together with licensed customs brokers. Under DDP terms, duties and taxes are collected and settled against official receipts — CSI does not act as the importer of record unless separately agreed in writing.
Responsibility, risk and cost allocation confirmed in writing before booking.
HS codes are reviewed with brokers on both sides, to keep duty rates and compliance sound.
Declarations lodged through the single-window system with complete paperwork and licences.
Certificates of origin under RCEP and applicable FTAs arranged where the goods qualify.
B/L, certificates and invoice sets prepared against letter-of-credit requirements where used.
Cargo cover arranged under Institute Cargo Clauses (A/B/C) with scope and value confirmed.
